Andreas Lange – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Lange is Chief Investment Officer at Altira AG and responsible for new investment developments. He studied at the University of Mannheim, Bayreuth and London School of Economics.
Arne Lorenzen – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Lorenzen held several high positions in strategic management consultancies and the wind energy sector. He studied in Denmark and the USA.
Fady Khallouf – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Khallouf held leadership positions in the field of investments and commercial development at EDF, Suez, SITA/Novergie and Lyonnaise des Eaux-Dumez.
Dr. Friedrich Schneider – Member of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Schneider held various positions at industrial services companies. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD, both in Economics.
David Zimmer – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Zimmer is Chief Executive Officer at Altira AG and responsible for finance, law, risk management and HR. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has sound knowledge of Solar PV investments as well as corporate development.
Dr. Hartmut Schüning – Member of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Schüning has long-standing experience in the solar industry. He graduated in Business Studies and served as CFO of tecis Holding AG.
